How does our trip start?
This Nepal Luxury Tour starts with your arrival at the international airport in Kathmandu; this is the first day of the tour. We will not take you anywhere except your hotel room for the first day of the tour, as we expect you to take a rest day or night. The next day, we will take you around Kathmandu city to visit a bunch of places ranging from temples, stupas, to ancient royal palaces. This is the first sightseeing day of the Nepal Luxury Tour, which is followed by a day trip around the city of Bhaktapur.
On the 4th day of the Nepal Luxury Tour, we will visit Pokhara via a short 25-minute flight from Kathmandu. This will be followed by a sightseeing tour around the city the following day. Then, the tour takes us to the jungle safari land of Chitwan, where we might encounter some rare animals. After spending a whole day in the tropical jungle of Chitwan National Park, we will travel back to Kathmandu the next day, completing the Nepal Luxury Tour.
Best seasons
Autumn is undoubtedly the best season for this Nepal Luxury Tour that encompasses Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Pokhara, Nagarkot, and Chitwan. The stable and serene weather condition makes it the top choice for trekkers and travelers who visit Nepal for a scenic treat. The clear blue sies, the mild day temperature, the low humidity, and basically zero rainfall make the season of autumn a great time to do the Nepal Luxury Tour.
During the autumn season, the Kathmandu region, including Bhaktapur and Nagarkot, experiences an average daily temperature of 20°C to 25°C, which is comparable to Pokhara’s day temperature. However, the sub-tropical climate of Chitwan experiences 25°C to 30°C of temperature throughout the day. The hotness will peak during the evening and nighttime, but we will be staying in 4-star hotels, which will keep out the heat.
Accommodation, Food and Drink
As previously stated, the standard accommodation is a 4-star hotel room or a resort stay. No matter if we stay in a resort or hotel, every two travelers in the group will share a single room with two separate beds. If you do not wish to share your room with anyone, you can adjust your accommodation preference with our booking representative. This is considered an upgrade, which will be charged separately.
Except in Chitwan, we will only be responsible for providing breakfast every morning. Your lunch and dinner expenses are not a part of the Nepal Luxury Tour package. During your jungle safari day in Chitwan, we will provide you with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your breakfast and dinner will be done at the hotel we will stay at, while your lunch will be done on the road during the jungle safari. Any kind of drinks during this tour are not included in the Nepal Luxury Tour package.
Transportation
Throughout the Nepal Luxury Tour, you will be traveling on a private vehicle, unless the group size is too big for a jeep, in which case, we will be opting for a tourist bus. These buses are very spacious and comfortable with AC vents overhead and Wifi connectivity. Your flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara is a part of the Nepal Luxury Tour package, along with the ground transportation required by the standard itinerary that we have stated above. You do not have to pay extra for the transportation.

Things to Remember Before Doing the Nepal Luxury Tour
- The city of Kathmandu is the most populated city in Nepal, which is understandable. But with it comes the price of heavy pollution and dusty roads, we recommend that every traveler get a mask during the sightseeing day.
- While ATMs are everywhere in the city, you should carry enough cash with you since some ATMs can be out of order and we dont want you to go long distance just to pay for a drink you had at an eatery.
- While most of the sites we visit are free, they are open to donations that help in maintaining the sites. We encourage people to donate since it helps keep the site together and hold major festivals.
- During your jungle safari tour, do not wear bright colors that stand out in the environment, as even the incoming animals might avoid your path, seeing the bright colors. We are not asking you to wear camouflage (you can if you want to), we just want you to wear neutral dark colors.
- Pokhara offers a lot of exciting activities like bungee jumping, canyoning, rafting, paragliding, hot air balloon ride, mountain biking, paddle boating, and more. If you are interested in any such activity, let us know while booking the tour so that we can book a session for you.
- The weather can be unpredictable at times, especially in Pokhara. During your sightseeing tour, it might be sunny one moment and rainy the next, so make sure to pack weatherproof clothes.
