You would have to trek for a standard of 5 hours regularly in the remote area of Langtang Valley.
Similarly, you will be trekking at low altitudes with a gradual elevation gain, which makes the trek even easier compared to classical treks like Everest and Annapurna trekking excursions. Additionally, we have also designed our itinerary with an acclimatization day in Kyanjin Gompa, which will help you to adapt to the higher altitude environments.
Although with a lot of safety and precautions, it’s still unpredictable if anyone would suffer from altitude sickness or not regardless of gender, age, and fitness. You can also buy Diamox in Kathmandu city, which helps in curing common altitude sickness. However, our team will be there for you in any circumstances to help you and complete the journey successfully.
