As the Managing Director of  Glory Adventure Saroj Sunar combines his long-standing passion for the outdoors with an entrepreneurial outlook. Spent more than a decade in the wild and enchanting landscapes of Nepal, he has developed a special interest in the adventure tourism sector, making the most idiosyncratic treks possible with all the beauty and awe that is promised.”

Growing up in the hills of Nepal and the valleys that surrounded him, Saroj developed a universal bond with the mountains from a young age. Realizing his love of nature and connection with it, he decided to work as a trekking guide and share the exquisite beauty of Nepal with the world.

Today, millions around the world admire his ability to guide them on the thorniest of trails, combined with his appreciation of the culture and geography of Nepal. As the organization’s Managing Director, Saroj has overseen the business’s impressive growth and strived to integrate tailor-made treks, cultural immersion trips, and mountaineering tours more suitable depending on a user’s experience.

With his leadership, Saroj’s company has embodied everything from professionalism, and eco-friendliness to impeccable customer care. Saroj has also demonstrated his strong belief in promoting tourism focused on sustainability.

In addition to his achievements throughout his career, he is a staunch supporter of community development as a whole.

He actively engages with the local populations by providing jobs, education, and building infrastructure in the mountain areas. Such practices can be said to be in line with the idiom “When we climb mountains, we also lift lives.”
